We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Business Development & Lead Generation to join our team and help us grow our presence in the US market.

Role Overview:

As the Manager of Business Development & Lead Generation, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and lead generation for our IT services and staffing solutions. Your role will involve building relationships with mid-market and Fortune clients, identifying business opportunities, and arranging meetings with the Teckleap leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new direct clients and generate leads within the IT services and staffing sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess business prospects.
  • Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to introduce Teckleap’s services and secure meetings.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Analyze RFIs and RFPs, and collaborate with the presales team to craft compelling responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mid-market and Fortune clients to drive business growth.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or client acquisition in the IT services and staffing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and generating leads, especially with mid-market and Fortune clients.
  • Strong expertise in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Experience in analyzing RFIs and RFPs and collaborating with pre-sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients through phone, email, and social media.
  • Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify and assess business opportunities.
