Role Overview:
Client is seeking a highly skilled Semarchy MDM Lead to design, implement, and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Semarchy MDM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MDM architecture, data governance, and data integration, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Semarchy MDM-based MDM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define MDM architecture, data models, and workflows for master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).
- Configure data matching, survivorship, golden record creation, and hierarchy management within Semarchy.
- Ensure best practices for MDM security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Define and enforce data governance policies, data stewardship, and data quality standards.
- Establish data lineage, metadata management, and audit controls within Semarchy MDM.
- Work with business and data stewards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes for integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, and other enterprise systems.
- Implement REST APIs, batch processing, and real-time data synchronization for seamless data exchange.
- Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD deployment pipelines for MDM solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and enterprise architects to align MDM strategies with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and training on MDM best practices and Semarchy MDM features.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in MDM implementation, data governance, and data integration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Semarchy MDM (designing, configuring, and deploying MDM solutions).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data matching, hierarchy management, and metadata management.
- Experience integrating MDM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, CRM, and Data Lakes.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, or similar scripting languages for data transformations.
- Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, etc.) and API development (REST, GraphQL).
- Knowledge of data security, regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and data stewardship best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semarchy MDM Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Familiarity with Data Lakes, Snowflake, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI
